When you browse the website, our hosting infrastructure (IONOS) and WordPress may automatically log:

We use the data you provide exclusively to:

• Respond to your property enquiry and provide information about properties in Salento
• Connect you with our agents in Lecce or Porto Cesareo
• Share your enquiry with partner agencies operating in areas outside our direct coverage (e.g. Gallipoli, Ostuni, Brindisi), only with your prior knowledge as part of the enquiry response
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling (Article 22 GDPR).

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

• IONOS SE (hosting provider, Germany) — server infrastructure and email service. IONOS operates under standard contractual clauses ensuring GDPR-compliant data transfers.
• Google LLC — Google Search Console (website performance monitoring, no personal user data collected); Gmail (used internally for receiving form notifications). Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Automattic / WordPress.com — the WordPress CMS software is self-hosted; no data is transmitted to Automattic servers.
• Partner real estate agencies — only where you have been informed and in the context of responding to your enquiry.

We do not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored on servers located within the European Union (IONOS, Germany). Where data is processed by US-based service providers (Google), transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision of 10 July 2023) or, alternatively, under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

• Enquiry data: retained for up to 10 years from the date of collection, in compliance with Italian civil law obligations applicable to real estate intermediation (Art. 2946 Codice Civile — ordinary prescription period).
• Server log data: retained for a maximum of 12 months, then automatically deleted.
• Email correspondence: retained for as long as necessary to manage the client relationship, and in any case no longer than 10 years.

8. Cookies

This website uses only technical and functional cookies strictly necessary for the website to operate correctly (e.g. WordPress session cookies, WP Super Cache). No profiling cookies, advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are set.

No cookie consent banner is currently required as no non-essential cookies are deployed. Should this change (e.g. upon activation of Google Analytics), this Policy and cookie practices will be updated accordingly and a consent mechanism will be implemented.
